Center of the Universe Trail Running Series

Kremmling, Colorado

Kremmling, Colorado launches a new trail running series this summer.  Kremmling is home to miles and miles of undiscovered trails; perfect for trail races!

This summer Kremmling is featuring six phenomenal trail races that will showcase Kremmling's unique terrain. Runners will be able to enjoy public lands and some private (by permission) trails. Most importantly, each trail offers phenomenal views of our landscape including Gore Canyon, Eagles Nest Wilderness Area and Wolford Mountain.

The event website
www.RunKremmling.com features links to GPS maps for all the trail runs, information about registration, starting and ending locations, age groups and prizes.

The Center of the Universe Trail Runs benefits the Kremmling Area Chamber of Commerce, and proceeds from the races go toward promoting the community, the businesses and the outdoor paradise that surrounds Kremmling.

Kremmling is centrally located in northwest Colorado. We are only 2 short hours from the Denver and Boulder areas and less than an hour from Eagle, Summit and Routt Counties.

The Center of the Universe Running Series is possible because of a partnership between the Chamber, Bureau of Land Management, Big Shooter Coffee and the Kremmling Memorial Hospital District!

Register for each race at www.active.com or register for the whole series by downloading the series registration form from www.RunKremmling.com. The races are $20.00 general registration, $10 no-frills (no prizes, shirts, schwag), except the Road Kill Trail ½ Marathon and 5 Mile, which is $25.00 general, and $15.00 no frills (it is also part of the Steamboat Springs Running Series). The whole series is $105.00 for all six events, which includes a savings of $20.00 off the six event price.

For information or questions, call the Kremmling Area Chamber of Commerce toll-free at 1-877-573-7926.
