There is so much going on this week I don’t know how we’re going to have the time to see and do everything!  The annual melodrama is playing at Grand Lake, the fireworks and ski-down will be at Sol Vista on Thursday night and there is live music happening all up and down the valley.  In the meantime, skiing has been good, even though we haven’t have that big huge dump of powder yet.  The conditions have been great for cross country all week.  It’s great to be in the mountains for the holidays!

The past 2 days have been very wintery in Grand County, snowing lightly all day and night and cold temps.  But we hear it’s just as cold in the city…which rarely happens, so I guess we’re all in winter mode now.  Winter Park is open, Sol Vista opens next week so the ski season is sliding along.
