Went on one of the Ranger-led snowshoe tours on Saturday and it was a terrific experience!  Our Ranger gave us all the amazing details about members of the weasel family (they stay active all winter!) and the snowshoeing across the Bowen-Baker meadow area was beautiful.  They do the tours every weekend and the nature topics are different each time.  The beginner tour is fine for all levels (83-year-old Mom came along and had a great time). The advanced tour has more climbing and I hear it’s a good workout!
